PROGRAMMING:

Most clients come to the architect with an idea of what they want; however, many times the full extent of their functional needs is not completely worked-out. At GCCA, we attempt to first understand what a client desires, then sufficient time is spent with the client, working-out the functions of the building and the associated square footage for each space until the building’s recipe comes into view, is clear and is well understood by all involved. During the Design stages of the project, these functions are again tested, but it is in the programming phase of the project a lot of the important decisions are made regarding specific use and it is this exercise that is critical to understanding where and how the design of the building would proceed. Glen C. Campbell, PA understands this well and therefore spends the time necessary, walking through this part of the work so the design could be efficient and effective.

DESIGN:

This architect will help you with the creation process. GCCA will work during the early stages of the process, seeking a variety of design solutions until the right one is found. Every client’s ideas will be considered and included in the design process to insure their satisfaction with the finish product. Graphic representations including Models and Renderings would be prepared so that the design is fully understood and appreciated, a significant time before substantial money is spent on construction.

OVERSEE AND MANAGENT OF THE PROJECT:

Glen C. Campbell, PA, insists on a hands-on management of the entire design and construction process for all of its projects. This is intended to protect its clients through the construction process and to insure the quality and substance of the completed building. GCCA never gives Floor Plans to a Contractor and have them build the building without the architect’s oversight and control. This in fact is one reason for partnering with Coy Builders Enterprises, because we want to be sure that the construction is executed as intended in the design. Glen C. Campbell, PA collaborative process protects each client and his/her financial interest.
